End of Year

December 29, 2019  |  Uncategorized

It’s been a tough year and part of me will be glad to move into 2020.

I’ve found time to craft in the midst of everything, at times it’s kept me grounded as I know a lot of you will relate to.

Making little teddies is fun but fiddly so I have to be in the right frame of mind to do it.

I’m working on a little bright blue one at the moment as a gift for a friend. I’m also still knitting little mice which make handy little fun gifts.

I’ve just finished a boy mouse and I’m working on another one at the moment.

I’m still enjoying my foray into the world of Instagram under the name of cats2stitch but would like to continue with this blog as well.

I’m trying to find time to read up on how to use this new WordPress set up as I can’t just sit down and write a post quickly.

I’ll leave you with some garden photos and hope that all is well in your world as we approach the start of another new year.

Take care wherever you are and all my good wishes for the coming new year.

  1. I always enjoy reading your posts and seeing your truly lovely photography, Ann… I know this year has been difficult (and I’m sure I don’t know the half of it) and I’m glad crafting has helped take away some of the sting. I can’t tell you how darling those teddies and mice are–0h, my!! And even though you are on Instagram–the photos are so much more vibrant and impressive on your blog.

I hope and pray that this coming year will be a kinder one… one day at a time as they say. ♥

  2. Those teddies are so sweet and cute Ann.
Of course, I am entranced with the little mice though.
Sending love and blessings for a year that brings happy times your way.

  3. I love your lovely making. Your little teddies, and the little knitted being as well — I’m in awe of your abilities! I know 2019 was a terribly hard year for you. I hope 2020 brings you happiness, health and all that you wish for.
